This Raspberry Chia jam is not only delicious to eat with toast for breakfast, but it is also a perfect filling for desserts, turning them into a healthy treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1-2 tablespoons of cane sugar or honey
  • 2 teaspoons of Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of water

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan, place the water and raspberries and turn on the heat.
  2. Add the sugar or honey and mix until it boils.
  3. Stir a little while cooking to break up the raspberries, and add the chia seeds, mix.
  4. Turn off the heat and let cool.
