In a pan, place the oil, the ginger and the garlic and lightly sautee, add the soy sauce and the water and cornstarch mixture. Add the sugar and mix, set aside.
In the pan, slightly cook in a little water the coliflower pieces, just until they´re lightly tender.
Drain the water out, and add the veggie meat, mix.
Incorporate the sauce that was set aside and mix well, add the chopped green onions and turn off the heat.
