In order to make this coconut whipped cream it is important to obtain the right kind of coconut cream.
Look for the ones with the highest content of fat, as well as with the least ammount of ingredients.
It´s important to notice in the label that the product is actually Coconut Cream and not "cream of coconut", or "coconut milk", or anything other than just Coconut and guar gum as the ingredients.
In order to get the best results, it is important to place the can of Coconut Cream in the refrigerator overnight, and to be careful not to shake it as the part we will be using is the fat or solidified content that is obtained from opening the can and is at the top, separated from the liquid beneath it.
